Exciting Homecare Agency is looking to hire a bilingual Coordinator for our Jenkintown office to coordinate the placement of caregivers to clients. The Scheduling Coordinator is a caring and compassionate representative. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Job Responsibilities:
Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and post changes and approve changes. Schedule care for all patients. Post and fill open shifts as they occur. Maintain timely records of call-offs, tardies and early arrivals and coordinate daily with HR to ensure attendance policies are administered promptly and fairly. Coordinate with HR to schedule job candidate orientation. Work with the Human Resources department to maintain current contact information on all staff and ensure all employees are complying with employment procedures related to attendance. Assist the team as needed. Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
Must be fluent in conversational Spanish. College Degree preferred. Previous scheduler experience is required. Familiarity with HHAExchange is preferred. Phone customer service skills. Organizational Skills. Patience and the ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
