Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support a 24/7 manufacturing facility by planning, scheduling, and coordinating maintenance activities, preventive maintenance, and equipment shutdowns to maximize plant reliability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
#healthcare2026 Plan and schedule maintenance work, preventive maintenance, and equipment shutdowns. Create detailed work plans, Gantt charts, and outage schedules. Coordinate maintenance projects with production, engineering, contractors, and vendors. Manage work orders, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and maintenance records. Order parts and materials while ensuring timely project execution. Support equipment reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. Minimum 3 years of maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience coordinating preventive maintenance and equipment shutdowns. Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills. Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project leadership experience. Experience with Oracle e
AM , ADEPT
, or AutoCAD . Associate degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, HVAC, Welding, etc.).

Pay:
