Lancaster, PA Schedule:
Part-Time (Approximately 15-20 hours per week)Hours:
Wednesdays and Fridays required, with additional flexible hours as needed. Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day warehouse and operations activities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, working with inventory, and contributing to a collaborative team. The Operations Assistant will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately, inventory remains organized, and products are ready for shipment. Responsibilities- Prepare and ship customer orders on Wednesdays and Fridays , ensuring all shipments are accurate and leave on schedule.
- Reconcile inventory by verifying stock counts, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Prepare large customer orders for freight shipment, including:
- Packaging and palletizing products
- Recording and tracking serial numbers for all applicable devices
- Ensuring shipping documentation is complete and accurate
- Assist with light product assembly and preparation of products for shipment.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory and workspaces.
- Support miscellaneous operational projects and administrative tasks as needed.
- Assist with receiving and stocking incoming inventory. Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform light physical work.
- Comfortable using computers and basic software such as Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to accurately record serial numbers and maintain inventory records.
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed.
- Previous warehouse, shipping, inventory, or operations experience is preferred but not required.
