Clinical Scheduler:

Develop new daily and weekly schedules for staff and create annual model calendars. Verify clinician-provided schedules against computer-generated schedules and make necessary adjustments. Ensure recent visits are accurately recorded to avoid overlooking patient recertifications. Confirm that clinician-written visit frequencies align with actual visit patterns, contacting clinicians for corrections as needed. Reassign patients to covering clinicians during vacations and other absences. Process orders and assign them to the appropriate clinician, addressing any computer-related issues. Schedule Telehealth installations and removals. Respond to general inquiries from staff and patients via phone, email, or in person. Identify and report any issues or concerns regarding patients and staff. Communicate any changes in the daily schedule to relevant supervisors or staff members. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, located at our Ligonier campus.
