Medical Scheduler & Team Coordinator

Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm

Summary of Job Duties:

The Medical Scheduler and Team Coordinator (MSTC) is responsible for providing the primary clerical support services relating to the Clinic and Health Information. The MSTC ensures that participants are seen by the medical consultants ordered by the provider in a timely manner to ensure care needs are identified, addressed, and followed up.

Required Experience :

Minimum of one year of relevant experience in a health care environment. Formal Unit Secretary or Medical Assistant training preferred.
