We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Scheduling Coordinator opportunity at NDX Thayer Dental Laboratory in Mechanicsburg, PA . The regular hours for this position are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time. Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions of the

Position:

Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed as described in the procedural SOP Sort and attach doctor prescriptions, notes, etc. to the case pan Calling customers to verify and/or gather information to properly schedule cases Primary responsibility is to schedule incoming cases Invoice finished cases Properly pack completed cases Verify and properly consolidate all cases to prepare for shipping Sort and properly ship packages that require express services Disburse cases for local drivers Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes Responsible for organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work area free of debris Answering telephones Assist with filing and/or scanning completed paperwork properly Assist with supply request fulfillment as needed All other duties as assigned
