Job Description

Keystone Patient Access Center is seeking an individual who is a team player with a desire and willingness to learn! The Bilingual Dental Scheduler's responsibilities include assisting patients with their scheduling needs across multiple channels, including phone, Solutionreach, and the EMR. Additional duties include rescheduling appointments as needed, scheduling incoming referrals, and supporting mailings and other projects as call volume permits. Applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced office setting and have excellent customer service skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED. Experience working in a healthcare setting highly preferred. Experience with telephones and computers. Fluent in Spanish is a required.
