Job Description
We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day production coordination in Pennsylvania. This contract position with potential for a permanent role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing production data, inventory documentation, and schedule updates in a fast-paced environment. The person in this role will help keep production activities aligned by maintaining accurate records, preparing batch-related documents, and working closely with internal teams throughout the day.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily production plans and translate scheduling needs into accurate operational support activities
- Create and prepare batch tickets based on current production requirements and inventory needs
- Partner with cross-functional teams to communicate updates, resolve issues, and keep workflows moving efficiently
- Revise production schedules as priorities shift and ensure changes are reflected in operational records
- Enter, maintain, and verify production-related data within Microsoft Dynamics
- Support data accuracy by checking batch documentation, inventory details, and system records for consistency
- Assist with inventory planning activities to help maintain material readiness for scheduled production
- Contribute to inventory audit efforts by reviewing records and identifying discrepancies when needed
