Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support daily administrative activities for Production.
  • Administrative Support
  • Make labels for production
  • Print batch tickets for finished goods
  • Order office supplies and distribute accordingly
  • Order plant supplies through purchasing database
  • Ensure bathrooms have supplies
  • Contact for pest control
  • Make purchase orders for service vendors
  • Schedule pick-up and/or delivery of plant consumables.
  • Order uniforms and work with uniform company to insure deliveries are accurate.
  • Create PO for safety glasses and reimbursement request for work boots and uniform pants.
  • Perform other related job duties, as assigned
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Required High School diploma or equivalent Training & Experience
  • Minimum if two years' experience in manufacturing
  • Experience with data entry and databases Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required
  • Functional knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, TEAMS, and Access
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment and use Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods of time, periods of standing and walking including stair climbing, bending, and reaching.
Ability to lift and carry up to 20lbs.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
