Job Description

Human Resources HR/Scheduler Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and skilled Human Resources HR/Scheduler to join our team at Rochester Residence and Care Center, located in beautiful Rochester, PA. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our scheduling department, while also providing exceptional support to our HR efforts. Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the scheduling of staff members across multiple departments, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal staffing levels Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling systems, reports, and records Collaborate with department managers to identify and address scheduling conflicts, and provide recommendations for improvement Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations activities as needed Perform various HR administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum 1 years of experience in Human Resources, scheduling, or a related field Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite; experience with HR software and systems a plus
