Supply Chain Expeditor Upper Chichester, PA 1 DAYS AGO 22836013 Summary Upper Chichester, PA In-Person Competitive Salary 0 Months Experience Post-secondary academic degree, Associate degree No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description The Supply Chain Expeditor supports the operational objective of the department by providing support to the supply chain team. This includes but is not limited to procurement, material management, logistics, and ERP maintenance functions.
Role and Responsibilities:
Basic receipt functions within ERP to assist for materials received at project sites. Data collection & distribution of site orders, update of ERP data & communication on status to project team. Assist with ERP processes as required to support supply chain, production & site teams. Enter and update purchase orders as directed . Expedite purchase orders as needed. Resolve receiving issues by working with supply chain and receiving teams. Monitor and support supply chain team with quality issues related to suppliers. Work with accounting and supply chain to resolve pricing discrepancies. Weekly update of general production dates that drive due dates discussed during weekly project materials meetings. Assist with monthly presentations and data collecting to be distributed to team. Purchasing Responsibilities for closeout & legacy projects.
Skills and Abilities:
Basic knowledge and understanding of ERP systems. Basic knowledge of project management and scheduling. Strong general computer skills, including working knowledge of email, MS Office, and similar software. Ability to take direction and complete tasks as assigned. Ability to work in a team environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational & problem solving skills.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, work, collaborate on a computer as needed for project work. Ability to stand for periods of time as needed for project work.
