We are seeking an Administrative Operations Assistant to: Provide administrative support to the Senior Director of Perioperative Services and the Director of Perioperative Services at University Hospital. Support the administrative duties of onboarding new leaders and staff within perioperative services. Create agendas, take meeting minutes, and develop presentations. Maintain vacation calendars, paging lists and other documents. Provide administrative support for physician triad partners.
