Looking for an opportunity that gives you the flexibility to work from home while developing valuable communication and client-service skills? We're expanding our virtual team and looking for dependable, motivated individuals to help coordinate appointments and communicate with people who have requested information about available benefit programs. This is a fully remote position , and previous experience is not required. You'll receive structured training, continued coaching, and the resources needed to learn the position and become confident in your responsibilities. What Your Day Will Look Like As a Remote Appointment Coordinator, you'll be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, following up on their requests, and helping coordinate virtual appointments with representatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
Connect With Interested Individuals — communicate with people who have previously requested information Coordinate Appointments — schedule phone and Zoom consultations based on client availability Complete Follow-Ups — reconnect with individuals regarding outstanding appointment requests Confirm Scheduled Meetings — help ensure clients have the information needed for their upcoming appointment Provide Professional Assistance — answer general questions and create a positive client experience Maintain Accurate Records — keep appointment and contact information organized and up to date Build Client Rapport — communicate professionally and make clients feel comfortable throughout the process Participate in Training — develop your communication, organization, and client-management abilities Designed With Flexibility in Mind One of the biggest advantages of this opportunity is the ability to build your work schedule around your other responsibilities.
