We are seeking energetic, fluent Bilingual (English & Spanish) Appointment Setters to join our growing team. In this role, you will reach out to potential clients, build trust, and schedule appointments for our licensed insurance agents. This position begins as an in-office role with the opportunity to transition into a remote (work-from-home) position based on performance and reliability. Responsibilities
MUST BE 18
yrs+ with a qualifying High-School Diploma or GED Maintain professional communication with clients and team members. Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.. Schedule qualified appointments for licensed insurance sales representatives. Clearly explain our services in both English and Spanish. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and call outcomes in our CRM system. Protect confidential insured information Meet reasonable productivity, attendance, quality, and appointment-setting expectations
Compensation & Perks Base Pay:
$15.00 per hour
Monthly Performance Bonus:
Performance bonuses may be earned based on established performance standards, such as qualified appointments, attendance/show rates, productivity, quality, and other agency goals.
Growth Opportunity:
Start in-office and earn the ability to transition to a fully remote schedule.
Training:
Continuous support and training provided to help you maximize your commission earning potential
Schedule & Work Location Location:
Initial training and onboarding are conducted in-office. Performance-based transition to remote work available after meeting key benchmarks.
Schedule:
Standard Part-Time day shifts from 9am to 4pm & 12pm to 7pm(Monday - Thursday).
Pay:
$13.00 - $15.00 per hour
