Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Commercial Real Estate Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our growing commercial real estate portfolio. This hybrid position combines office administration with weekly on-site property visits. The successful candidate will coordinate projects, track tasks, communicate with tenants and vendors, assist with accounting functions, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, has exceptional follow-through, and wants to grow with our company. Duties Coordinate and track maintenance requests from start to finish. Follow up with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff. Maintain task lists and ensure deadlines are met. Process invoices and assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable. Assist with rent collections and tenant communications. Coordinate lease administration, renewals, and tenant documentation. Maintain insurance certificates and compliance records. Schedule vendors and coordinate property inspections. Prepare weekly reports and updates for ownership. Maintain accurate records in Yardi and Microsoft Office. Help improve office procedures and operational systems. Spend 2-3 days per week working from our Bristol office and the remainder remotely. Skills Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent follow-up and time management skills. Strong written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, or office administration. QuickBooks and/or Yardi experience preferred but not required. Property management or commercial real estate experience is a plus but not required. Self-motivated and able to work independently. Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
