Through our online customization platform and professional production and fulfillment network, we help customers order customized apparel and promotional products conveniently and efficiently. We are seeking a dependable and organized Custom Apparel Operations Coordinator to support customer inquiries, quotations, order processing, production coordination, and fulfillment. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries and help identify product and customization needs Assist with quotations, product recommendations, and order preparation Coordinate orders with customers, suppliers, screen printers, embroiderers, and fulfillment partners Follow up on artwork approvals, production status, delivery schedules, and order completion Maintain accurate and organized customer, quotation, and order records Help resolve routine order, production, and delivery issues Follow up with customers regarding open quotations and potential orders Identify and follow up on appropriate sales opportunities Provide a positive and professional customer experience Assist with improving internal workflows, service standards, and operating procedures as the company grows Qualifications Experience in at least one relevant area, such as custom apparel, screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, uniforms, customer service, quotations, order management, production coordination, or fulfillment Strong communication and customer service skills Detail-oriented, dependable, and well organized Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn Comfortable using computers and common online business tools Good written and spoken English Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with team members and business partners Candidates are not expected to have experience in every area listed. Training and support will be provided based on the candidate's existing experience. Preferred Experience The following experience is helpful but not required: Custom apparel quotations or order processing Screen printing, embroidery, DTG, heat transfer, or other decoration methods Apparel or promotional product sourcing Artwork approval and production coordination Working with suppliers, decorators, or fulfillment partners Customer service in an apparel, printing, promotional products, uniform, or e-commerce business Experience with order management, CRM, or production management software Schedule and Work Arrangement This is initially a part-time position requiring approximately 20-30 hours per week. This is a hybrid position based in Irvine, California. Some on-site work may be required for training, meetings, samples, or other operational needs. Scheduling flexibility may be available based on business and customer-service needs. There may be an opportunity to transition to full-time employment as business volume increases. Any transition will be based on business needs, job performance, and mutual agreement.
