Job Description Title:
Detailed Scheduler Location:
Santa Clara, CA Hybrid role with 3+ days per week.
JD:
Education Qualifications BS/BA degree or equivalent, Supply chain or related field is preferred
Required Experience and Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Planning, Purchasing, Supply Chain, and Operations
Experience with ERP systems including Work Orders / Purchase Orders placement
Experience with system-based MRP
Knowledge of basic principles of master production scheduling (MPS), MRP, capacity planning, production planning and production floor control techniques
Proficiency in Excel and analytical skills
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong sense of urgency and able to perform autonomously with limited supervision
Strong understanding of manufacturing flow
Continuous improvement mindset with a track record of driving efficiencies
Strong written and verbal communication skills (in English) Preferred Experience in detailed scheduling and manufacturing execution
SAP experience especially S4/Hana
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. formulas, pivot tables, etc)
Experience in healthcare / regulatory dependent sector
Capital equipment supply chain / planning experience
Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
Supply Chain Certification (APICS/ CSCP)
