Fulfillment Operations Specialist Accurus Aerospace - 2.9 Athens, GA Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Qualifications Forklift Certification English High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Fulfillment Operations Specialists play a key, hybrid role in our Shipping Department. Specialists ensure accurate and efficient order fulfillment by receiving parts from processing; pulling and organizing inventory; and reviewing, verifying, and stamping shipping documentation. Specialists must be able to work reliably, with strong attention to detail, and balance multiple priorities to contribute to the success of our operation. Essential Functions To accomplish this job, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Examine OSP shipments upon arrival to ensure they meet PO quantity and quality requirements. Ensure shipping documents are accurate and complete, and that all packages are adequately labeled. Verifies accuracy of orders and maintains accurate records of shipments; compares identifying information and counts and weights for customer orders. May receive, unwrap, inspect, and store incoming orders; responsible for accurately recording counts, weights, condition, and storage locations for received items Utilizes forklift, pallet jacks, dolly, and other material handling equipment to transport materials; may use forklift to load and/or unload goods on trucks (Forklift certification upon employment is required) Completes appropriate paperwork in compliance with internal processes and quality procedures (review and stamp shipping documents) Maintains a clean and organized, safe work area Collaborate with others to ensure accurate retrieval of inventory parts for assembly builds. Accurately use inventory systems to pull hardware from their designated locations. Follows directions consistently and accepts responsibility for his/her actions and work product Complies with applicable manufacturing processes, work procedures, and supervisor instructions Adheres to safety guidelines and procedures; proactively identifies job hazards and collaborates with leadership to minimize hazards and ensure employee safety Performs other duties as assigned Regular attendance on-site at the work site is required Mon-Fri 7am-4:30pm This role is identified as requiring ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) compliance; therefore, qualified candidates must meet the definition of a U.S. Person (per EAR Part 772 and
