This role focuses on product research, product listing management, basic data analysis, and order fulfillment support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, comfortable working with online platforms, and interested in collectibles, anime, character merchandise, blind boxes, or consumer products. This role involves daily operational execution in a growing e-commerce team. You will help research and select new merchandise, manage and update product listings, monitor basic product and website performance, support improvements to our website content and customer experience, and assist with fulfillment-related tasks when needed. Duties Assist with product research and selection, including identifying potential new merchandise based on market trends, customer preferences, and brand fit. Manage and update product listings on the website. Support basic data analysis to track product performance, sales trends, customer behavior, and website activity. Coordinate with internal team members on product updates, inventory information, promotions, and website changes. Support order fulfillment tasks as needed, such as preparing customer orders for shipment. Support basic inventory checks and help keep product information aligned with available stock. Assist with other day-to-day e-commerce operations as needed. Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing product information. Basic data analysis ability, including reviewing sales reports, product performance, or website metrics. Strong organization and follow-up skills. Willingness to learn and adapt in a small-team environment. Interest in anime, collectibles, blind boxes, character merchandise, or pop culture is a plus. Experience with Shopify, product listings, e-commerce operations, order fulfillment, or digital merchandising is preferred. Fluent in English, with strong written communication skills; bilingual English/Chinese ability is a plus. New graduates are welcome to apply; relevant internship, part-time, or project experience in e-commerce, retail, merchandising, or operations is a plus.

Pay:

$36,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
