Maintain and organize compliance documentation, corrective action plans, and survey response records. Serve as a primary point of contact for agency business and compliance-related inquiries from internal staff, regulators, and external stakeholders. Collect, analyze, and report on performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Prepare clear and accurate QI reports for leadership review and regulatory submission. Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures consistent with Chapters 144A and 245D requirements. Staff Training & Support Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Director to develop and deliver training materials for direct care workers and support staff on compliance, documentation, and care standards. Provide ongoing guidance and educational resources to staff to reinforce a culture of accountability and quality. Assist in onboarding processes to ensure new staff understand regulatory and organizational expectations from day one. External Engagement & Professional Development Represent Spectrum Care at conferences and events organized by Care Providers of Minnesota and other relevant trade associations. Identify and communicate best practices, emerging standards, and policy developments to internal leadership. Support the agency's engagement with professional networks to ensure alignment with and advancement beyond current regulatory expectations.
