• Part-time Overview We are seeking a sharp, organized, and tech-savvy Operations Coordinator to help manage rental properties, support business operations, and assist with new growth initiatives.

This is not a typical admin role. This position is for someone who takes ownership, solves problems, and wants to grow into a key role across multiple businesses. What This Role DoesProperty & Vendor Management Coordinate maintenance and repairs across multiple properties Obtain bids, schedule vendors, and ensure work is completed Serve as the local point of contact for contractors and service providers Operations & Task Ownership Take ownership of tasks from start to finish Track open items and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Provide clear, concise updates on progress and completion Growth Initiatives & New Ventures Assist in launching and supporting new business ideas and projects Help research opportunities, vendors, and tools Participate in implementing systems, automation, and AI tools Support marketing, outreach, and operational setup as needed Financial Coordination (Non-Bookkeeping) Organize bills and ensure they are submitted to accounting Track payments and follow up when needed Coordinate with our bookkeeping/accounting team Local & Regional Support Handle local logistics and in-person needs Travel periodically to nearby Northern Michigan cities as needed Act as a reliable on-the-ground representative for the business Who This Is For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong with computers and comfortable learning new systems quickly Open to using AI and modern tools to improve efficiency Takes initiative and ownership without needing constant direction Strong communicator who follows through Interested in growing into a larger operational or leadership role Who This Is NOT For Someone who needs constant instruction Someone uncomfortable with technology or change Someone looking for a repetitive, task-only position Compensation & Structure Part-time to start (flexible hours) Opportunity to grow into full-time Competitive pay based on experience Mileage reimbursed for travel Long-term growth opportunity for the right person Why This Role Is Different You'll be working directly with an experienced business owner across real estate and multiple ventures.
