Operations Excellence Specialist Field Services (HYBRID)

You'll partner closely with an operations team focused on field services for power plants in maintenance shutdowns. This team includes a massive tool depot dedicated to providing high quality tool kits to technicians and engineers in remote locations and the engineering teams developing maintenance plans. You'll play a key role in improving how work gets done, helping teams operate more efficiently and execute right‑first‑time. You'll be actively engaged in the business, conducting thorough reviews of current operational practices and collaborating with teams to develop and implement key performance metrics. By systematically identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement, you'll take the lead in driving actionable initiatives that ensure best practices are not only established but consistently delivered across all areas of operation.

• . Collaborate across internal and external organizations to achieve synergies at touchpoints and eliminate non-value-added tasks.
• What You Bring
• Required + BS Engineering, science‑based degree, or equivalent hands‑on experience + 6+ years in a continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or comparable role + Problem solving using tools like FMEA, Ishikawa and/or 5‑Why + A drive for continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen + Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.

Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers. Preferred + Quality certifications (CQE, CQA, etc.) are a plus + QMS and ISO standards
