Overview The operations specialist will serve as a key part of the organization•overseeing day-to-day workflows, managing critical accounting functions such as expense reconciliation, commission entry, variable billing, and accounts receivable/payable, coordinating cross-functional projects, liaising with vendors and carriers, and handling facilities-related tasks and certificate renewals•all while maintaining clear documentation and communication across teams. This role is Hybrid-Remote! 3-days in the office, and 2-days Work From Home!

Job Details:

3-5+ years of experience in an operations, business management, or similar role Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial oversight; ability to read and interpret financial reports Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and follow-through Exceptional organizational skills with a systematic approach to prioritization, scheduling, and task management Forward-thinking mindset with the ability to align daily actions to long-term strategic goals, anticipate risks, and develop proactive solutions Strong adaptability — comfortable pivoting strategies in response to market changes, emerging trends, or shifting priorities Open to AI use and integration Why should you join us?
