Your Impact and Responsibilities Analyze and maintain vital payroll, HR, time, and absence reports leveraging ADP GlobalView, Workday, Excel, and Microsoft 365 tools. Support essential payroll audits, comprehensive data validation, reconciliations, and year-end readiness initiatives. Investigate and resolve employee inquiries and Workday Help cases using established procedures, providing exceptional, empathetic support. Collaborate cross-functionally to administer payroll systems, troubleshoot issues, and identify process improvement or automation opportunities. Create and modernize standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflow documentation, and job aids. Perform complex data analysis using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUPs, VLOOKUPs). Assist with testing, validating, and implementing new payroll systems, interfaces, and reporting tools. Essential Qualifications 5 + years of navigating payroll interfaces, data feeds, or integrations with familiarity with automation and reporting tools such as Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, or Python. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field. Proven experience with ADP GlobalView payroll systems. Working knowledge of Workday HCM, including reporting, time, and absence functionality. Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency for robust data analysis. Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
