Position Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Performance Direction Coordinator to support the Performance Team across production, logistics, and administrative operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring seamless coordination across rehearsals, productions, vendor management, and cross-functional communications. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, has excellent communication skills, and is comfortable managing a wide range of operational and administrative responsibilities. This is a full-time hybrid role requiring in-person collaboration three days per week and remote work two days per week. Candidates must be available to work onsite at least three days weekly, including at the Santa Monica office, rehearsals, and production shoots. Key Responsibilities Facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders, including team members, vendors, legal teams, and cross-functional departments, to support efficient project execution. Coordinate choreography production logistics with vendors, including hiring dancers, arranging rehearsal schedules, booking studio spaces, and maintaining rehearsal details and records. Support project operations by managing vendor registration, invoice submission, payment tracking, and related administrative processes. Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and reporting to help maintain accurate spending records. Coordinate contract administration processes by submitting legal requests, routing agreements for review and signature, and maintaining communication with the legal team. Provide Korean-English translation and interpretation support as needed for performance teams and executives during meetings and communications. Watermark and distribute choreography videos and related materials to internal and external stakeholders as needed. Provide general administrative and operational support for ongoing performance-related projects and initiatives. Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in coordination, production, operations, administrative support, or related roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment. Ability to manage varying schedules and shifting project demands. Able and willing to work weekends and holidays as necessary. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. Fast-paced and dynamic production environment requiring adaptability and teamwork. Frequent domestic and international travel may be required. It's a bonus if you have Professional proficiency in Korean is strongly preferred. Experience in the dance, entertainment, music, or related industries. Please let us know. Salary Range The salary range for this job is $70,304 to $75,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
