Support finance operations including customer/vendor contract administration, pricing, rebates, billing, and invoice processing. Research transaction exceptions and implement solutions to optimize billing workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Research unmatched customer shipment transactions to assign appropriate PO numbers and cost center allocations. Analyze line exceptions and identify root causes behind customer-specific transaction behaviors. Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve recurring billing issues. Participate in team meetings to review financial metrics and open issues. Ensure adherence to financial controls, processes, and service level goals.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or billing operations. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
