Role Description The Scheduler is a full-time, hybrid role based in Willow Grove, PA, with some flexibility for work from home. In this position, the Scheduler coordinates production schedules, aligns customer orders with manufacturing capacity, and maintains up-to-date schedules in the company's planning systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing customer forecasts and orders, prioritizing work orders, monitoring material availability, and communicating schedule changes to production, purchasing, quality, and sales teams. The Scheduler tracks job status, identifies potential delays, and collaborates with stakeholders to adjust plans and meet delivery commitments. This role also supports continuous improvement of scheduling processes, documentation, and data accuracy to ensure reliable on-time performance. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong scheduling and planning skills, including experience with production scheduling, capacity planning, and coordinating work orders. Candidates should possess skills in data entry, spreadsheet use, and working with ERP or MRP systems to maintain accurate schedules and records. Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deadlines, and follow through on commitments. Candidates should possess communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with production, purchasing, engineering, quality, and customer service teams. Candidates should possess basic analytical and problem-solving skills to identify risks, evaluate options, and support schedule adjustments. Relevant qualifications include prior experience in manufacturing or supply chain environments, preferably in industrial or aerospace-related industries. Relevant qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in business, operations, or a related field is beneficial. Relevant qualifications include familiarity with lean manufacturing or continuous improvement practices and a commitment to accuracy and reliability.
