Job Description

Ostrander Construction Services is growing, and we're looking for an organized, dependable, and positive Office Administrator to help keep our office running smoothly. If you're someone who enjoys organizing schedules, communicating with customers, and supporting a fast-paced team, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth Schedule customer assessments and appointments using Google Calendar Communicate with customers regarding upcoming appointments and project updates Enter and manage leads in Buildertrend Coordinate schedules between customers, project managers, and field crews Follow up with potential customers after estimates have been sent Maintain organized digital files and office records Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and general office administration Respond to emails and customer inquiries promptly Help keep daily operations organized and efficient Qualifications Previous office administration, receptionist, or scheduling experience preferred Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable learning and using software such as Google Workspace and Buildertrend (training provided) Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy office Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and keeping things organized. Construction experience is helpful but not required—we can teach our systems. We value integrity, communication, and treating every customer's home with respect.
Pay:
$800.00 - $1,100.00 per week
