Scheduling Specialist

Duties Please do not apply if you do not have at least 1-year home care coordination experience!! Our potential Candidate must have the following qualifications. Attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure is essential. Possess excellent customer service skills. Strong organizational skills. Excellent customer service skills Ability to communicate and work effectively with clients and caregivers. Highly motivated, flexible, and able to multitask who works well on a team. Energetic, positive, and self-motivated. Responsible for the daily coordination of caregivers, confirm coverage for new cases and confirm replacements for sick/emergency call-out or no -show Dashboard maintenance, KPI's driven Communicate all updates to caregivers and clients Must document all information into the Wellsky database Must have computer skills. (Microsoft Office) Must be able to multi-task in a high paced environment. Must have 1 year or more of homecare coordination experience. Must be available to work On call as needed.

Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
