Are you passionate about operations consulting, supply chain strategy, and solving complex business challenges ? We're looking for a Senior Associate to join a high-performing consulting team focused on helping Life Sciences organizations improve performance across their end-to-end supply chains. ???? What You'll Do ? Develop problem-solving frameworks to address complex operational and supply chain challenges ? Conduct research, benchmarking, and quantitative analysis to generate actionable insights ? Own workstreams and synthesize data into strategic recommendations for clients ? Support projects across supply chain strategy, planning, procurement, manufacturing, distribution, and logistics ? Collaborate closely with case teams to develop client presentations and recommendations ? Present findings through clear written and verbal communication ? Coach and guide junior team members, helping build capabilities across the case team ? Work directly with clients and support project execution both remotely and on-site as needed ? What We're Looking For ???? Bachelor's degree from a renowned university with outstanding academic achievement ???? 2-3 years of full-time professional experience post-graduation in a relevant field ???? Strong Operations & Supply Chain experience ???? Strong Life Sciences industry credibility ???? We're especially interested in candidates with consulting experience supporting Life Sciences, Biopharma, MedTech, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Operations, or Supply Chain engagements. ????
Compensation Senior Associate Base Salary:
$110,000 annually ? Additional compensation and benefits package available ???? Please Note ? Hybrid work model ? Client travel may be required ?
