ServiceTitan Operations Coordinator

ServiceTitan Representative Location:

Florida Panhandle (Fort Walton Beach - Pensacola area)

Compensation:

$20-$28/hour (based on experience)

Full-time Overview A long-established electrical contractor in the Florida Panhandle is undergoing a major operational transformation under new ownership and is seeking a ServiceTitan Representative to play a key role in that evolution. With decades of history and a strong presence across commercial construction, commercial service (including healthcare environments), and residential service , the company is building a more modern, performance-driven operation. This role will be instrumental in helping bridge field operations, service workflows, and commercial project coordination. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize ServiceTitan across service and project workflows Support scheduling, dispatch, and operational efficiency Assist with estimating, job costing, and project tracking Coordinate commercial construction processes , including submittals and permitting Work closely with internal teams and general contractor clients Build and maintain reporting, dashboards, and KPIs Help improve systems and processes as the company modernizes operations Qualifications Hands-on experience with ServiceTitan (required) Commercial construction experience strongly preferred Familiarity with submittals, permitting, and estimates Experience working with general contractors as primary clients Comfortable operating in environments with long project cycles (net 30-90 terms) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt in a growing, evolving business environment Why Join Be part of a company actively modernizing and building a performance culture Stable, established business with diverse revenue streams High-impact role with visibility across service and construction operations Flexible work setup (remote available, local candidates preferred) Benefits Snapshot 7 paid holidays 401(k) with company match (rolling out soon) Health insurance planned (targeting future implementation) Competitive hourly pay based on experience
