Scheduler Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate scheduling and staffing records. Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels across units. Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures related to staffing, scheduling, and labor requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and make timely adjustments as staffing needs change. Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with staff and leadership. Support overall staffing efficiency and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps.

Scheduler Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required Strong data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to provide excellent customer service to staff and maintain a professional, supportive demeanor.
