The salary will be roughly $50-$65k depending on experience.

Job Summary:

The Production Control Scheduler is responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing, and monitoring production activities to ensure contract requirements, product specifications, and deadlines are consistently met. Duties & Responsibilities Assist in setting and overseeing work assignments, schedules, and work quality for the manufacturing team. Review contract specifications, drawings, sales orders, and project documents to determine production requirements. Schedule and coordinate work across departments to ensure timely and efficient project completion. Identify, acquire, and ensure availability of necessary materials and supplies. Draft, develop, and implement cost-effective manufacturing methods and procedures to meet production standards. Prepare workforce projections and budget estimates based on labor hours and material costs. Perform other related duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven supervisory and leadership capabilities. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective time management with the ability to meet deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when appropriate. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and draft accurate manufacturing procedures. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. High school diploma or equivalent - Associate or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. Minimum of two years of experience in design drafting, production planning, assembly work, or related disciplines.
