This position requires excellent communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls. Schedule all client hours and maintain accurate schedules. Make and document schedule changes promptly and efficiently. Handle on-call responsibilities every other week, including weekends. Provide a daily on-call report. Respond to last-minute call-outs and assist with finding coverage; willingness to stay over when needed is required. Communicate client complaints and concerns to the appropriate staff. Communicate client/case duties and expectations to field staff. Maintain accurate and confidential client and employee information. Think critically and creatively to quickly resolve scheduling and staffing challenges. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience in a home care setting (in-home care, hospice, or home health). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities. Able to think quickly and "outside the box." Reliable, dependable, and able to handle changing priorities. Pleasant and professional demeanor. Ability to retain information and communicate details accurately. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
