Your day-to-day responsibilities include:

Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing concerns and project needs Conduct roof inspections and document findings Educate customers on available roofing solutions Explain the restoration and replacement process Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal teams Follow up with customers throughout their project Maintain accurate CRM notes and activity records Participate in ongoing sales training and development This is a relationship-focused role.
