Job Description

Job Summary A growing automotive operation in Greenville, SC is seeking an Automotive Operations Associate to support vehicle processing, movement, documentation, and facility operations. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, is comfortable around vehicles, and can balance physical tasks with basic computer and paperwork responsibilities. The Automotive Operations Associate will play an important role in keeping vehicles moving safely and efficiently through the facility. This is a strong opportunity for a dependable, detail-oriented candidate who wants full-time work, training, and experience in a team-focused automotive environment with supportive leadership and clear daily processes. Key Responsibilities
  • Safely move, park, and maneuver vehicles throughout the facility as part of the vehicle processing workflow.
  • Take vehicles through the car wash and complete basic interior cleaning, vacuuming, detailing, and preparation tasks.
  • Enter vehicle information into an internal computer system and complete required paperwork for each vehicle.
  • Follow established processing steps while maintaining accuracy, safety, and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility by sweeping, mopping, operating floor-cleaning equipment, and removing trash, cardboard, and other waste.
  • Assist with general vehicle processing, logistics, and facility support tasks as needed. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range is $18.00 to $21.00 per hour.
  • Contract opportunity.
  • Full-time schedule.
  • Training provided. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Safely move and process vehicles throughout the facility.
  • Complete vehicle cleaning, detailing, and preparation tasks.
  • Enter vehicle information and complete accurate documentation.
  • Support general facility cleanliness, organization, and safety.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in automotive, detailing, logistics, warehouse, or a similar hands-on operations environment.
  • Clean motor vehicle record and ability to meet company driving requirements.
  • Ability to safely drive, park, and maneuver vehicles in a facility setting.
  • Comfortable using basic computer programs and learning internal systems.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to follow established procedures.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to remain active and on your feet throughout the workday. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with vehicle processing, fleet operations, vehicle dispatch, routing, scheduling, or automotive facility workflows.
  • Prior experience using internal inventory, logistics, or vehicle tracking systems.
  • Basic detailing, car wash, or lot operations experience.
