Job Description

About the Role Ferroni Medical is seeking an Operations and Office Coordinator to join its Greenville, SC office on a full-time basis, reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer. As a growing manufacturing business, our team members take on a variety of functional responsibilities and grow into broader roles over time Key Responsibilities Perform physical quality control on assembled units Manage incoming claims from intake through resolution. Manage inventory, parts-ordering calculations, and incoming shipments of parts, products, and supplies. Own day-to-day office organization, supplies, and administration. Learn the company's assembly/manufacturing process to serve as a hands-on production backup Reports and KPIs Qualifications At least one year of experience in quality control, production/manufacturing, inventory/operations, or office management. Comfortable working independently and exercising sound judgment; supervisory or team-lead experience is a plus but not required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to take precise physical measurements. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer applications, with the ability to learn new software systems. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills, particularly for customer-facing claims correspondence. Willingness to learn and perform hands-on assembly work. Ability to lift, carry, and move boxes (up to 30-50 lbs) and to organize and arrange inventory on shelving and storage racks. Experience in a regulated manufacturing or medical device environment is preferred. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred. Pay:
$57,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
