A Scheduler or Operations Coordinator provides scheduling and logistical support for an office, company or organization. May specialize in scheduling required for production or for administrative work.
About the Opportunity We are a fast-growing, tech-enabled regional fleet logistics and specialized transportation company operating across the Southeast. We run an automated, data-intensive operation powered by cloud telematics, dispatch software, and compliance platforms. This is a hands-on, single-operator individual contributor role —not an executive desk position managing a team. You will directly own, build, and execute our commercial subrogation claims, state agency filings, contractor credential audits, and dispute resolutions end-to-end. If you are legally literate, analytical, tech-fluent, and have the persistence to hold commercial insurance adjusters and administrative agencies accountable, this role is built for you.
Extract telematics speed/braking telemetry, GPS timestamps, and dashcam footage alongside historical trip earnings to build undeniable liability and loss-of-use demand packages. Relentlessly negotiate with third-party insurance adjusters to recover 100% of physical vehicle damage, repair delay costs, and commercial fleet Loss of Business Use (downtime) for not-at-fault accidents. Maintain a strict 48-hour follow-up cadence to ensure zero claims stall or get abandoned.
Oversee digital onboarding workflows and file management for contracted service providers. Audit background checks, 10-panel drug screens, CPR/First Aid certifications, and Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) inside our compliance systems before authorizing dispatch access. Enforce hard compliance blocks with zero exceptions for unverified or missing documents.

Benefits:
Opportunities for advancement Professional development assistance Application Question(s): How many years of commercial insurance claims, legal operations, or subrogation experience do you have? When recovering commercial Loss of Business Use (downtime) for a not-at-fault collision, what specific telemetry data, historical trip revenue records, and documentation would you compile to substantiate 100% of the daily downtime loss? Adverse insurance adjusters frequently use delay tactics, lowball repair estimates, or deny fleet downtime by arguing that other fleet vehicles absorbed the volume. How do you push past these gatekeepers and enforce a strict 48-hour follow-up cadence without stalling? If an active contractor's 10-panel drug screen, MVR, or CPR certification lapses during an operational rush, how do you handle placing a hard compliance block in the system when dispatch is demanding more drivers on the road? This is a single-operator individual contributor role with no task manager assigning your daily queue. When you encounter a bottleneck in a state agency portal (like SCDMV registrations or carrier filings) or a technical issue with a spreadsheet/telematics log, what is your exact process for resolving it independently?
