Our dedicated team operates state-of-the-art equipment while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate production activities, optimize manufacturing schedules, and ensure seamless supply chain operations. Your expertise will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining top-tier inventory control and production planning standards. Duties Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. Analyze production orders and identify potential scheduling efficiencies to ensure optimal production runs. Compile production variables to ensure seamless scheduling and productive operations Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address changes in demand, material availability, equipment issues, or staffing constraints. Coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Collaborate with Production Supervisors and Operations leadership to prioritize work orders and align manufacturing activities with business objectives. Review customer requirements and delivery commitments to support on-time shipment performance. Assist in developing contingency plans for production disruptions and supply chain interruptions. Track key production metrics including production results, inventory levels, and lead times. Communicate schedule changes, priorities, and production impacts to stakeholders across the organization. Maintain accurate data in
PAPERSOFT
system and ensure production orders are released and updated appropriately. Generate reports and provide recommendations to improve production planning processes and operational efficiency. Support inventory management initiatives by balancing production requirements with inventory targets. Skills Exceptionally strong mathematical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency with ERP systems. Technical proficiency in manufacturing operations, inventory management systems, and production scheduling tools. Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. Ability to analyze complex data sets for demand forecasting analysis using Excel or similar tools. Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations. Excellent leadership and communication skills with a positive attitude to coordinate effectively across departments. Pay:
$65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
