Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Production Scheduler to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate production activities, optimize manufacturing schedules, and ensure seamless supply chain operations. Your expertise will help us meet customer demands efficiently while maintaining top-tier inventory control and production planning standards. Duties Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints. Analyze production orders and identify potential scheduling efficiencies to ensure optimal production runs. Compile production variables to ensure seamless scheduling and productive operations Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to address changes in demand, material availability, equipment issues, or staffing constraints. Coordinate with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. Collaborate with Production Supervisors and Operations leadership to prioritize work orders and align manufacturing activities with business objectives. Review customer requirements and delivery commitments to support on-time shipment performance. Assist in developing contingency plans for production disruptions and supply chain interruptions. Track key production metrics including production results, inventory levels, and lead times. Communicate schedule changes, priorities, and production impacts to stakeholders across the organization.
