Job Description

Seeking an Inside Operations Coordinator to manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities within a high-volume PVC pipe, valve, and fittings distribution environment in Rock Hill, SC. This position plays a key role in supporting seamless communication between sales, warehouse, and customers while ensuring efficient office operations, accurate recordkeeping, and timely order processing. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow across all departments Manage order processing, invoicing, and customer account support Coordinate closely with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships Maintain and organize records including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents Monitor inventory reports and assist with stock tracking and replenishment coordination Support sales team with quotes, order entry, and follow-ups Manage vendor communications and assist with procurement processes Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards Supervise and support administrative staff as needed Assist with collections Prepare reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance Qualifications 3+ years of office management or administrative experience (distribution or industrial industry preferred) Strong understanding of order processing, inventory systems, and customer service Experience in plumbing, HVAC, construction supply, or industrial distribution is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems Excellent organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
