Position Summary:

Coordinate patient scheduling across multiple locations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a positive patient experience. Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive patient information and adhere to privacy and compliance standards. Demonstrate strong communication, phone, and computer skills when interacting with patients, physicians, clients, coworkers, and leadership. Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment by effectively prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple responsibilities. Exercise sound judgment, work independently, and accurately document information while making informed scheduling and operational decisions.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong customer service skills and the ability to keyboard proficiently. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively while scheduling patients for various exams Knowledge of and experience in using radiology-related computer systems (RIS/PACS), preferred.
