Contract-to-Hire Work Setting:

Primarily Onsite (Monday-Friday) Seeking an Education Coordinator with strong Epic Cadence experience to support scheduling staff training, onboarding, education compliance, and competency programs. Responsibilities Deliver training and onboarding for scheduling staff. Serve as the Epic Cadence subject matter expert for scheduling workflows. Coordinate education sessions, track training completion, and maintain records. Support compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, and organizational requirements. Develop training materials and provide ongoing staff education. Prepare reports and support audit readiness initiatives. Required Qualifications Strong experience with Epic Cadence (Scheduling Module) . Epic Certification/Credentialing or ability to obtain within one year. Previous trainer, educator, lead, or onboarding experience. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Experience managing multiple priorities in a healthcare environment. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Norfolk, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
