• $28•33/hour Zing Recruiting has partnered with a premier automotive parts manufacturing company to fill a contract role in Chattanooga, TN onsite as a Human Resources Operations Coordinator.

This ia a great role for a personal, organized and customer focused HR Coordinator. This is 100% on site in Chatanooga.

Qualifications & Responsibilities Include:

Manufacturing/plant HR experience is required. Highly personable, approachable, and comfortable interacting with employees at all levels Experience with UKG or similar HRIS systems preferred. Experience coordinating recruiting, interviews, background checks, onboarding, and new-hire processes. Serve as a professional and responsive point of contact for employees and plant leadership, providing a high level of customer service and HR support. Support employee engagement activities and initiatives that help create a positive plant culture. Assist with job fairs, hiring events, and other talent-related activities as needed. Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers, including scheduling and candidate communication. Provide administrative support to the plant HR team and assist with day-to-day employee needs. Maintain accurate records and ensure HR processes are completed timely and accurately. Work independently with a high level of ownership while knowing when to escalate questions or issues to the appropriate HR team member. Zing Recruiting is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
