Compensation:

$100 per qualified appointment + 10% commission on completed projects Division One Roofing is looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help us connect homeowners with our roofing specialists. This is an independent contractor opportunity focused on setting qualified appointments for homeowners who would like to have their roof inspected. You are not responsible for performing the roof inspection, preparing estimates, working with insurance companies, or managing the project. Your job is to make the introduction and set the appointment — our roofing specialists take it from there. What You'll Do Speak with homeowners about scheduling a professional roof inspection Identify homeowners who may have storm, hail, wind, or other roofing concerns Set qualified appointments for one of our roofing specialists Provide accurate homeowner contact and appointment information Represent Division One Roofing in a professional and respectful manner Maintain communication with our team regarding scheduled appointments Compensation Appointment compensation $100 per qualified appointment PLUS 10% commission on completed roofing projects generated from your appointments This compensation structure gives you the opportunity to earn money when you set the appointment and earn substantially more when the project is completed.

Example:

A completed roofing project would generate a $500 to $2,000 commision , in addition to the appointment compensation. There is no set limit on your earning potential. What Happens After You Set the Appointment? Once you schedule the homeowner, one of our roofing specialists will take over.

Our specialist will:

Meet directly with the homeowner Perform the roof inspection Document any damage or roofing concerns Explain available options to the homeowner Prepare the appropriate paperwork and estimates Work directly with the client throughout the process Manage the project through completion You set the appointment. We handle the roofing process.
