Scheduler

We are looking for a phone operator for a busy Oral Surgery office. Ideal candidate would be kind and compassionate, have a willingness to learn, and be a team player. Hours would average about 35-40 per week, Monday through Friday. Dental or medical administration experience preferred but not required. Pay would be $17-$18 an hour with the potential of monthly bonuses. Responsibilities Answer phones Schedule appointments Call referring dental offices for xrays and referrals Skills Multi-tasking Welcoming and compassionate personality Fast learner Excellent communication and organizational skills
