Coordinate production allocation and load balancing across sites to maximize throughput and efficiency. Serve as the central liaison between Demand Planning, Procurement, Production, and Commercial teams to align priorities and resolve supply-demand imbalances. Partner with Commercial teams to communicate supply constraints, confirm prioritization, and provide clear recovery timelines. Ensure alignment between the master schedule, material availability, and supplier commitments in coordination with Procurement. Maintain and optimize planning parameters and item coverage settings within Microsoft Dynamics 365 to support accurate scheduling outputs. Monitor and drive performance against KPIs, including schedule adherence, on-time delivery, and capacity utilization. Support continuous improvement initiatives, including planning process standardization and system enhancements across sites.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in supply planning, procurement, or supply chain management. Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of ERP and supply planning systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, NetSuite).
