Scheduling Coordinator

Tennessee Orofacial Myology - Maryville, TN Tennessee Orofacial Myology is looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing practice. We are an airway-focused office that works with patients seeking support for sleep, breathing, facial wellness, and overall health through services including sleep consultations, home sleep studies, and BTL aesthetic/wellness technologies. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is eager to learn and grow with our team. Experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person. Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate patient appointments Book consultations for sleep and airway evaluations Coordinate home sleep study appointments and follow-ups Schedule treatments for BTL technologies Answer phones, texts, and patient inquiries professionally Communicate clearly with patients regarding appointments and next steps Maintain accurate patient schedules and records Help create a welcoming and supportive patient experience Work closely with providers and team members to keep the schedule running smoothly Qualifications Friendly and professional personality Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable learning new systems and technology Reliable and team-oriented Previous dental, medical, spa, or front office experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For We want someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, is excited to learn, and can create a warm experience for every patient who walks through the door.
