Day Support Chat Lead Serves as the primary point of contact for staff throughout the school day, responding promptly to real-time needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth daily operations. Maintains clear and professional communication, prioritizes requests, and escalates concerns when necessary. Transportation Coordinates and oversees all aspects of daily student transportation. Develops and updates transportation rosters to ensure accuracy, communicates changes efficiently to staff and families, and responds quickly to last-minute adjustments or emergencies to ensure student safety and timely arrivals/departures. Attendance Manages and maintains accurate student attendance records, including tardies, early dismissals, and absences, in compliance with school policies. Conducts daily attendance calls to families, follows up on discrepancies, and ensures timely data entry for reporting and compliance purposes. Dismissal Supports and helps manage an organized, safe, and efficient dismissal process. Ensures clear communication with staff and students, verifies dismissal plans, and assists in coordinating transitions to maintain order and student accountability. Whole School Moments Demonstrates strong leadership presence with the ability to command attention and effectively address large groups of students. Supports school culture by reinforcing expectations, delivering announcements, and helping facilitate assemblies or transitions with confidence and clarity. Student Supervision (Lunch and Recess) Actively monitors students during lunch and recess to ensure safety, positive behavior, and adherence to school expectations. Engages with students to build relationships while addressing conflicts or concerns proactively. Visitor Management Oversees the check-in and check-out process for all visitors, ensuring adherence to school safety protocols. Provides a welcoming environment while maintaining security by verifying identification and managing visitor records. Family Communication Serves as a key liaison between the school and families, delivering clear, timely, and professional communication via phone, email, or messaging systems. Addresses inquiries, shares updates, and supports strong family engagement. Clerical Work Performs a variety of administrative tasks including filing, data entry, document preparation, and record maintenance. Ensures accuracy, organization, and confidentiality in all clerical responsibilities. Managing inventory of office ands school supplies First Aid Provides basic first aid support to students as needed, following school health protocols. Responds calmly and effectively to minor injuries and escalates to medical professionals or emergency services when appropriate. Physical Space Organization and Cleaning Maintains clean, organized, and functional shared spaces throughout the building. Supports daily upkeep, ensures materials and supplies are properly stored, and contributes to a safe and welcoming environment for students and staff.
Details:
The salary for this position is $48,000 The start date for this position is July 13, 2026 This is an in-person position; typical hours for this position are: 3 days a week: 8:00am-4:30pm 2 days a week : 6:30am-3:30pm Interview process: Send a resume and cover letter to Initial candidate screen Final interview and reference check
