Job Title:
Logistics Specialist - Middle Mile Carrier Performance & EscalationsJob Description We are seeking a Logistics Specialist who will contribute to the development of a world-class logistics process, ensuring timely delivery of goods at the best cost. This role involves working on high-level strategy and design, as well as implementation, to support our transportation network's carrier partners in delivering freight efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities
+ Identify and resolve performance score discrepancies within the transportation services network carrier base.
+ Partner with teams to drive process improvements that enhance service, iterate technology, and foster carrier performance engagement and growth.
+ Collaborate on the development and delivery of key programs, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards to inform key business decisions across customer-facing programs.
+ Extract and manage data from numerous databases using tools such as Excel, QuickSight, Hubble, and SQL. Essential Skills + 1-3 years of experience in dispute resolution, transportation, customer support, or operations within a B2B environment.
+ Proficiency in entry-level Excel, Microsoft Office, and basic computer skills.
+ Effective communication skills with carriers and strong problem-solving abilities.
+ Experience in managing large data sets to drive performance and process improvements.
+ Basic knowledge of SQL. Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent is required. +

1+ years of experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent experience. +

Bachelor's degree. Work Environment This position is operationally focused with no phone work required. The role involves working with large data sets and utilizing SQL and other data management systems. The work environment is dynamic and focused on continuous improvement, with opportunities for career growth based on business needs. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
