Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a New Patient Coordinator , and it might be just the opportunity you've been looking for.
What You'll Do:
As our New Patient Coordinator, you'll be the first friendly voice and smiling face that patients encounter.
You'll:
Answer incoming calls on a multi-line phone system Schedule new patient appointments Guide patients through their first visit with us Provide a truly WOW-worthy experience every time! This is a traveling position between the following locations: Bastrop, Moulton, 38th St, Lakeway, Avery Ranch - travel reimbursement is included-
What We're Looking For:
We're all about finding the right fit, so while 1 year of orthodontic or dental experience is a plus , we're more than happy to train someone who brings the right attitude and energy!
Ideal candidates will also bring:
Strong organizational and time management skills A warm, welcoming, and positive personality Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written A love for providing top-notch customer service High personal standards and a strong sense of responsibility Experience with Dolphin software is a bonus, but not required We're searching for a true team player, someone with a professional presence, a great attitude, and a solid work ethic who's excited to help people smile.
